Is it possible to change FSB under Linux? I'm thinking about something that measures the system load and raise the FSB if the average load is over 75% for more than 5 mimuttes and clocks it down when the load falls again. It has to work on my Abit BP6 Dual Celeron.

try posting in the Programming section?

You could try using wine with SoftFSB...

The only way to do this so far that I have seen is with Gentus Linux. This is a customized version RH6 that Abit developed for use with their boards. One of the versions has a hardware tweeking util that does change your fsb on the fly!
