Since I received some (constructive) critic about the fact that my radiator was sucking warm air from the case, I came to this mod.

The new Radiator Intake Shroud, cut and filed.

Back view.
Remark the fact that I removed the "spoilers". Since the radiator is now sucking air from the outside, I inverted the two rear 80mm fans to output. All rear fans are now sucking air out of the case, so the spouilers are not needed anymore.

Very nice sheet metal work !

Ummmm kinda looks like an outside dryer vent . I may have to run over to Home Depot.

Ohhhhh a light just went on ! Use an outside dryer vent ( vented to the outside of coarse ) and run tubing from it top your rad.

I better quit while I am ahead ! LOL

damn damn damn, do you think you could write a guide/tutorial with all your pics explaing your watercooling sys, how it's done, etc... I would like to make some watercooling as well and yours looks really reall cool/neat I'm wondering if it's really the best parts/machanism or are there better? What are your temps by the way?

For the guide it will be done as soon my setup is finished (Tim Verbist from http://www.overclockersonline.be insists to post my tutorial).

For the temps I can't answer you for the moment since my rig is still not finished.

Two words.

Oooooooo....
Ahhhhhhh.....

That is an awesome looking setup there! One question though. I'd like to see the front of your case. With all those fans sucking air out the back, I just HAVE to see your work with the fans on the front! I can only imagine how beautifual it will look...

How are you cutting the holes? too nice for a dremel and I see no pilot for a hole saw, do you have access to a sheet metal die?
