Don't get that waterblock... A tdx or 6002 (I think that's what they are) make much better choices. Also, which pump are you getting? The linked page has a list of all their models. Oh, and spend the $3 on Ceramique or AS5 - it DOES make a difference.
 
The DP-385 specs look pretty good. Just get 10ft of tubing, it's quite cheap and always nice to have some extra lying around.

Dont forget to buy either a reservoir or a T-fitting (for a T-line).
 
Yep, thats the one.
You'll need 2 clamps for the pump, 2 for the cpu, 2 for the Heater core, 3 for the T-fitting, and probably one for the plug at the top of your t-line. So atleast 10 clamps.
