BEST memory to buy for a 1.6A?

Hey I wanted to use my old 1.6A again, just wondering whats the best memory out right now so I can make use of its full potential. Something that doesnt waste my money either cuz its a 400fsb processor thanks.

How much total RAM do you want for it, and are you planning on OC'ing it as much as possible?
