hey all.. my x800pro in the gigabyte v-tuner is listed as having a memory speed of 298Mhz and a core speed of 158Mhz.. however on other sites it says the core speed is 475Mhz and the memory speed is 450Mhz x2.. is this suppose to be like this :S

No it should be at 475/450...

Try turning it up to where it's suppose to be and see what happens.

What do you benchmark with it at these settings? Perhaps that tuner reads it incorrectly.

the v-tuner only lets me put the core clock to a max of 237Mhz and memory clock of 447Mhz, is there another way to see what the actual speeds are?

off the top of my head 18,000 3dmarks in 2001se in 640x480

any other video card overclocking program. Like ATiTool, Rad Linker, Rad clocker, etc.
