think again.
"Intel will bring higher speeds of the Celeron out later in the year as well as shrink the die to .13 micron."

i think my BX board still has some more life in it.
a .13u celeron will be the perfect upgrade for my aging 633 @ 1066, tried a 800 but was a lemon, wouldnt do 133FSB
The 800 i have is at 1138mhz and still rising...
There are many others with stories of good overclocks with the 800+ celerons

Yep here's another happy clocker! However the new Celerons after the 950 will be Tualatin-128 cores and are likely to OC like a dream also.

Correction; they are all CDO's (!) while the Intel roadmap stated "Celeron 1Ghz and beyond will be in 0.13 micron die-size" not too long ago. I guess they're trying to fight off Duron...
Celeron Details:
900Mhz SL5MQ/SL5LX cD0 128K
950Mhz SL5V2/SL5UZ cD0 128K
1.0 GHz SL5XQ/SL5XT cD0 128K
1.1 GHz SL5XR/SL5XU cD0 128K

I just hope intel has something up its sleeve about support for 815 boards because the celeron lines is supposed to be a cheap/ugrade line. Not buy an expensive new board and CPU line.

To remedy this situation I recently sold my CUSL2-C/P3-866 to a client for buis. use and got a TUSL2-C and a P3-933. The system is going together as we speak :)
With any new mobo purchases make sure the mobo you buy will be compatible.

Not enough voltage on that board for me (cant bo bothered VID pinning and flashing with a C BIOS)

Sorry but if you will see a thread I started about talking to an INtel rep on the phone I was told that in fact the Celeron 1gig would first come out at .18 then to later be moved to the .13 micron scale and to be expected by the 1st or 2nd quarter
