What do I have to lose... OCZ DDR booseter

Hey all, my friggen mobo undervolts on the vdimm, so I am only getting 2.7vdimm. I cant even run my memory @ stock speeds

Anyway, I was wondering...I want to try the OCZ ddr booster thingy, but OCZ has not yet tested (hurry up OCZ!!!) on my board... what could I break if I put it on my board? I mean, I do not want more than 3.0vdimm, so I won't be burning anything...

what do you guys think?

Someone tested it on that board and lets just say the board no longer works. It's in one of the threds at XS.

from that thread, I only noticed one guy that tried it and said he had poor results... but that is just one person... I am so tempted to buy this and try it with some really cheap ram (like a stick of 128meg pc2100 or something). If no one does it, hell I can't wait forever.
