is it worth it 333Mhz to 400Mhz

hello!

I currently have nice old ram sticks running at 166Mhz!!!

I have some money and I could upgrade to these:

which is a WICKED prize...

but will I acctually see any difference?? if I use 200Mhz?

What brand of memory is your old 333?

You might be able to run your old memory to 400mhz.

I say try that first.

no it doesnt work at 400.. I tried its totally crap...

advice quick.....

go with the pc3500, you will notice a big difference in performance, well at least I did going from pc2700 (768mb) to pc3200(1gig)

A word of caution.... I bought two sticks of regular Kingmax pc3500 512 and I have never been able to get them stable in my NF7. Bought another stick just to make sure I wasn't losing my mind and that didn't even work at 400MHz. (I rma'd the whole bunch but it was a huge waste of time). Now this wasn't the small bga ram that you have in your link, but I thought I'd let you know just the same.
