I have my 1gig running @ 1.1gig and my buss at 292 instead of 200. my temps are 113f on the chip and 89-91f in the case, now this isn't all that hot but what ways would make it run stone cold? bang for the buck of course. I have a copper heatsink on it now and a s* load of case fans plus fans on my north bridge of my board.

well just make a good alingment with your case fans to drop your tempatures good airflow but some pressure to keep dust and dirt out o those areas you dont want them

yeah not much i can do about alignment - i did the best i could without modifing my case - i have 3 in the back and 4 in the front.
4-80mm total and the 5.25 bay fans.

you could lower the Vcore. That'd lower temperatures.

Ya it could If you have it really OC. Another Idea for cooling would be to put in a blowhole and maybe a fan on the side.:)
