Need Help - Kingston Memory Freq/Timing settings

Hi all, forgive my lameness as I am 100% newbie to overclocking.

I need to know the correct settings for my memory to match the rest of my setup. Can anyone help me out with either the correct settings or point me to an online guide that tells me how to adjust?

I'm overclocking an AMD xp-m 2500 with 200fsb and an 11 multiplier. I'm using an ASUS A7X8N-E deluxe board and have one stick of 512mb pc3200 / ddr400 kingston valueram (double sided).

I was having all kinds of problems until I adjusted memory speed to 166... but I haven't adjusted any other memory settings at all. This doesn't seem like I'm maximizing things.
