well I'm getting in to water and need a pump and for fairly cheap i can get a 370gph for 25 is that good enuf for cpu only

Might be a little overkill, but it depends on the head pressure. The pressure is what really matters. What brand/model is it?

You're probably looking at the via aqua 1300 (it is rated at 370 GPH and is around $20). It has over 6 feet of head, but it is very noisy and creates a lot of vibrations. You can get one for about $21 at aquastealth.com. I use it in my setup, and even with 2 radiators and 3 water blocks, the flow is great.
