max voltage?

how high do you guys think i could go on the voltage on my mushkin pc3200 enhanced memory? i'm running it at 3.0v right now

AFAIK, all Mushkin RAM is labeled Mushkin Enhanced. Your signature says your RAM does 222 timings. So is it Level 2, 222 Special, or Level 2 V2? Your RAM has Winbond BH-5/6 or Samsung TCCD chips. The max voltage depends on what chips you have. BH-5/6 are rated to 3.6 volts from the chip manufacurer, Winbond. TCCD, I don't know.

You are correct. I would be brave enough to take those up to 3.6v with active cooling. I wouldn't run them at that voltage daily though. Just benches. I hear it's ok to run them at 3.3v daily and not have them burn out.
