How do I find "the detailed stuff"

I wanted to submit my overclock on the overclockers.com CPU database. I have everything except for the FPO/ Batch and the week my processor was made. How do I find these 2 things? Thanks for the help.

Its on the CPU, and the retail box it came in.

If you don't have your retail box, you need to pop out the cpu and read it off of the heatspreader.
