sandra vs 3dmark

i recently downloaded the sandra util. and i am curious where to find the 3dmark that evereyone talks about. also, what other util's are recommended for testing and clocking etc.

Racer...3DMark 2000 and the newer 2001 versions can be found here (http://www.madonion.com).

There is also another cool 2D/3D benchmark called Final Reality (http://www.finalreality.com/) that not too many people know about.

There's a bunch of smaller progies for benchmarking just cpu performance...you can find a bunch at Tweak Files (http://www.tweakfiles.com/benchmark/processormark.html).
