antec truecontrol 550 questions and others

Finally got everything. New 2600 mobile cpu which I'm trying to OC, my new antec truecontrol550 powersupply, and northbridge cooler (doesn't really apply).

Chart on psu shows as follows:


Can I just crank the voltages up all the way if I wanted to? If not, what are the nominal voltages for the antec 550?

You just need to crank up the rails on the psu as needed in order to have a stable oc. No need to go all out on it, that'll be overkill.
