Hello all. First, here's the lowdown on my RAM. I have 2 x 256MB sticks of OCZ EB 3200. It reaches 240FSB @ 11-2-2-3 and 250FSB @ 11-3-2-3, but at 250 it's not stable, mostly the NB crapping out, i think. Anyways, i only have 512MB of RAM. It's enough for what i do, but i know Doom 3 is starving for more, and probably so will the newer games that come out more and more as they become more and more advanced. Anyways, i know i don't need to explain the benefit of more ram to you guys ;).

So the question is, would an extra stick of 512MB ruin my OC? If i, perhaps, purchased another stick of OCZ EB would i be fine, or would my OC die? Would i be better off selling this RAM and buying completely new RAM in 2 x 512MB variety? If so, what should i buy? I originally felt that more RAM wasn't so necessary, as videocards are coming with more and more VRAM, but i feel like i could use some more.

Thanks for any info.
