seti updates?

Hey,

I just wanted to comment on the recent lack of on-time updates for seti. I understand that we all live busy lives but my interest in the project is starting to seriously wane. Updates always drove my interest to squeeze out "just a few more units".

Our team is going through a transition right now with Kris's steping down for the stats team... Needless to say there will be a slight delay for the moment..

Speedj is doing everything he can to get the stats rolling again, so just sit tight and give it a few days.

Part of the problem, is it seems that Berkeley has changed something in their CGI's and it is causing problems for the Excel spreadsheets. We also are in transistion on the stats team.

So a little patience is in order at the moment - knowing that everything is being done to get the team back on track. I also look forward to the weekly updates on the website - but I know that the stats team will have everything back up and running in the very near future.

Don't let that interest wane - this is by far the best team to be a part of.

Here (http://setiathome.ssl.berkeley.edu/stats/team/team_type_0.html) is the link to the top teams, and Here (http://overclockers.ws/seti/oc_seti.htm) is the link to our team page, the stats are down right now because of a problem with the excell sheet that is used to caluclate the stats.
