FarCry version?

What version of FarCry is everyone using?

Doesn't matter if I use 1.1 or 1.2 every game I try to join doesnt match.

Is there a 1.3 or something?

1.2 has problem, hence why it was withdrawn by Ubisoft. Use 1.1.

I am using 1.1 but I can't join any online games!

You may still have some files from 1.2 you may want to uninstall, Delete all the residual files, and reinstall, then update to 1.1.

Yes U should use 1.1. I think it is getting time they come with a GOOD 1.2.

Well I think 1.2 had probs with ATI cards...
But I installed it last night and WoW!
Before I was getting around 40FPS average, now i'm getting about 60 average!
And I can choose 8x AF

Now is PS3 already enabled or do I have to do it manually? If it's already enabled... I can't tell :-P

I use the 1.2 patch.
The only issues I have are...
1: the use of mini-guns or mortar guns, the movement is sometimes jumpy and not smooth at all.
2: the binocs don't pick up men you can clearly see on occasion. I think they lowered the 'sensitivity' on them which isn't more realistic, it's more of a problem.
3: I've seen enemies stand completley under water for extended periods of time. without taking a breath.
4: The sniper riffle isn't accurate when it comes to taking down guys on occasion. I've hit some of those rocket-armed trigens with head shots 4 or 5 times before they go down... :bang head

Yeah 1.2 isn't great I noticed the binocs thing too.
