Do I put the delta fan with the sticker facing up or facing the HS when installing my SK6 (it's a Delta 60mm, 38)?

Any1? Is there a rule that says air goes sticker way or what?

On one of the sides of the fan there are air direction arrows. You kind of have to look hard as they are the same color as the fan. Every fan that I have seen has those arrows. But if it is a delta fan, the label goes down.

Just make sure that the air blows at the heatsink.

Ya just make sure the label is down and you will be fine
