I need to make a shroud for my 92mm. Just a little one to angle it a tiny bit, but I am wondering of this is the best way, since I cant solder alum.

alot of people have use plexiglass ( which you can make colorful ) , Cardboard.

To hold it together , you could use. Duct tape , Glue , Screws

For the radiator shrouds I use to house 120mm fans, I use sheet aluminum with electrical tape. For my 120mm->80mm shroud/duct to an slk900A I used 1/4" plexiglass with epoxy.

i always use plexi for what i need.

I usually make a prototype out of wood and then heat and bend the plexi around it and then use super glue or some other bonding compound to seal the edges around it.

just my .02

You might consider contacting Greenman 100..he seems to have a lot of shroud making experience.
I believe he had a part in creating a famous shroud from some Italian town....
