Well, I think you should try to do some burn-in. It often help a lot.

ok i did like 70 - 100 burn ins with sandra ... and i just played cs for an hour maybe longer and my max temp was 50
i think im gonna go to 55 full load and then im gonna stop ocing
is that a good idea or is 55 too high?

I think 55C is a little too hot. My Duron maxed out at 53C, and I wasen't very happy about that. You woun't kill your Duron at 55C, but I try to get it lower. Maybe some case cooling could help.

Well, I think you should get a beter cooler. I had a Cooolermaster myself, and gained a lot by changing to a better. I also think you should add a fan or two more.

ok i had some major problems ... so i went back to 810 at the default vcore ... it kept on getting locked after i booted ... but if i made it turn for an hour or so ... then the coast was clear ... no more lock ups ... is their a way to get around this problem?
i also made some improvements on my ide cables so they allow more ventilation ... but now my floppy drive light keeps on lighting ... what can i do?
thats about it ... if it runs stable at 810 i will start again increasing my fsb ...

Take a look at your floppy cable and see if it's popped out of it's place. Or try to turn the cable around.
