I think its Tagan. With custom specs from OCZ. So its not just rebranded, its built for OCZ.

Topower makes them for OCZ... Topower also builds for Aerocool, Tagan, Globalwin, and BeQuiet as well as marketing them under their own name in some places. OCZ uses modified versions of their P6 line IIRC. The P6 line appears to stop at a 600w model with no less than 4 seperate 12v rails (TOP-709P6).

How is their build quality compared to some of the other actual manufacturers like Fortron or Channel Well ???

Still kinda making my mind up on that one... Topower seems to be improving and starting to use nice big heatsinks. Reliability seems to be going up too, though there have been a couple issues I've seen on the message boards; like the OCZ units not working with the Asus A7N8X (design flaw in the overload protection making it too sensitive) and isolated fan failures with the Tagans. Personally I really like the OCZ P6 based units.
I wouldn't put them at Fortron build quality level yet, but Topower is catching up real fast to Channel Well on my own radar. I have not seen any catastrophic failures with either Tagan or OCZ yet - I am fairly confident they have caught up to CWT's track record at least in that regard. Pretty easy to tell a PSU made by Topower yet... all the ones I've seen have "TOP-xxxx" printed in large type on the top of the main transformer inside. Some of Globalwin's units even still have the Topower model numbers IIRC.
At the moment, I would only look at buying the newer designs Tagan and OCZ are using above 400w... there are still a few low watt Topower units out there I'm iffy about, though I've seen a couple people with the 380w Tagan around the boards.
Edit - thought I would throw in a link to one of Tom's multiple PSU reviews with a couple Topower based units: http://www.tomshardware.com/howto/20040122/index.html
The BeQuiet, Globalwin, and Aerocool units seem to do pretty well on the load tester. The Globalwin didn't quite meet its ratings, but the Aerocool 420w unit maxed out at 455w. Only the Fortron based (if memory serves) Nexus unit did better. Note, however, that the model numbers of the Aerocool and Globalwin units suggest they are the same model - the 420P4. The Aerocool may be a slightly newer revision though, as it does have better efficiency.
Thanks for the info Oklahoma Wolf...I searched around and read that article last night...Read another article about the OCZ 420 if memory serves me right...But it was just a quickie that really did not "test" the supply.
Think I will wait this out for awhile...TrueControl here I come.

I got an OCZ 520 a few weeks ago and got rid of a Trublue480. So far, it was worth it.
