I might move it a little but not much. I also need something that is cheap as i am low on the $$$ because i am gonna spend 460 on my new system(not including the case)

Bleh Thermaltake.. took them over a week to generate a simple response for me. I saw the fan caps they were selling, they look like the orange orb on the Dragon Orbs, and it said:
Designed for upgrading your orbs:
CHROME ORB
MINI CHROME ORB
GOLDEN ORB
MINI GOLDEN ORB
INDIGO ORB
DRAGON ORB
That got me thinking, did it mean you can stack the fans? So I submitted the question to Thermaltake and got this:
"Hi,
It is a add-on fan. You will not be able to stack them up.
Service Dept."
All the Dragon Orbs have two fans.. so if the cap is an add-on fan, where in the bloody hell does it go? This is what I envisioned:

Anyway, go with the Global Win I say, avoid Thermaltake, they don't even make their own HSFs.

lol. well it looks like I'm gonna go with the Volcano...... i know it may not be the best but for only $20...... and newegg says it for 1.5 +. That puts my total price up to 482.27 (AHHHHHHHH). i'm getting 120 from my old p3 533eE HP(garbage mobo) so that will take some of the edge off. Oh and i got old macs i am selling at some mac show:D gotta get rid of those beasts.

Newegg is only repeating what ThermalFake claims. If you're going to be running a 1.4 with the Epox, and use a ThermalFake fan, you are severly limiting yourself. The GlobalWin CAK38, ThermalRight SK6, Millenium Glaciator - all might cost 15 to 20 bucks more - but you'll be able to actually overclock your system with them. If you go with the ThermalFake, you'll be back in these forums asking why your temps are so high when you try to overclock.
I have to add my vote for a mellinum galacitor instead of any of your mentioned choices, IMO there is no better HSF for overclocking than the mellinum!.. yeah it costs a lil more but in this case you get what you pay for.
