need help! compiling Linksys NC100 NIC for linux

Im using gcc to compile Tulip.c but i get alot of error messages im running RedHat 7.0.....if anyone could tell me where i could get a pre-compiled Tulip.o or help me compile this.....also on my boot up message I get delaying eth0 initializing..

the error when i compile is :
#error Modules should never use Kernel-headers system headers,
#error but headers from appropriate Kernel-source
