i want to oc mine:
here are the specs:
Compaq 5900t
P3 733/133
384mb Ram pc 133
1x 40 gb ibm destar 7200
1x 30 gb ibm 5400
geforce 2 mx
Anyone have successs doing it?? I dont have on board multipliers though!!:(

You most likely won't be overclocking that Compaq. Compaqs don't have any jumper or software that supports overclocking.
I could be wrong. I don't know much about Compaqs. I have a Compaq laptop and Sever and they won't overclock. Most people here don't like Compaqs for that reason.

That looks like a decent PC. Even if you increase your bus speed (intel chip multipliers are locked), you won't get much from that chip.
There's a program called softfsb on my page (click the link below). You won't be able to adjust your voltage, which will hold you back, but give it a try. Be sure to also get MBM (motherboard monitor) so you can watch your temps (anything above 50C is bad).
