Birdy 1,33 266 L1?

Do the 1,33 (266) birdy L1 bridges come unlocked? I know the 1,4 one does, but I don't know about the 1,33. Does anyone know?

1.33 are hit and miss, most of them are unlocked, but some are not. Just look real close to the L1 bridges. If you have nor bought it yet I would make the retailer tell you yes or no.
