Blue screen now I cant overclock

I had my system blue screen while converting an avi file to an mpg. When I rebooted nothing happened no monitor nothing but the whir of the drives and fans. I reset the cmos and it booted up, but I cant run as fast as I was previously. It was at 1530 mhz for a couple weeks, now I cant run the multiplier past 10.5. What happened! oh yeah I reseated the waterblock ,it did'nt help

Try to turn off the power and let the machine cool down as low as possible and boot again. Go very quickly into BIOS and set the FSB, save and boot. The idea is to get it up before it gets too hot.
