My core temp was @ 60C for my vid card, seems hot >< And I am only o/ced 5mhz..

That seems a little hot. Might be the reason. What temp is the CPU running at? OVerheating can cause crashes and reboots like that with games.

60C is fine for a GPU in games.

Probably drivers.

It's the 53.03 nvidia drivers, I can't use the 6xxx versions becuase they lag bad in HL.
