Money constraints

Hey guys
Im looking to build another computer, but now i only have about 700 to 1000 dollars to build one. I'll need to run "Pro Engineering" and some other AutoCad software on it... do you think i'll be able to build a sufficient enough one? If so, can you give me a parts list guys? Thank you again... you're always so helpful.

Should be able to build one for that amount of money.

Load up with a lot of ram. It's cheap at the moment and will help the autocad a lot!

Abit kt7e is a cheap board that will do 133fsb (not offically)

Processors are cheap at the moment as well.

Wait another 3 weeks or so and the prices should drop even more.
