What seems to be the best way to cut out a few 80mm holes? I want to make a blow hole at the top, and I wanna open up the restrictive vents on the back of my case.

I also need to cut out a square in the front for a 120mm fan.

Should I dremel, use a hole saw (drill attachment), or do the small hole outline + sanding method?

Oh, and my roommate has some AS-3 compound lying around. I'm currently using GEIL silver + copper compound. How much better is AS-3 over the GEIL and how much better is AS-5 over AS-3?

For cutting out thoes vents on the back of your computer, using the cutting wheel attachment on your dremel would be the best option. For that top blow hole using a 80mm hole saw would be optimal, but if you don't already have one thier expencive. Plus if you're skilled enough with the dremel you should have no problem cutting out a blowhole, though a holesaw would look more professional. For cutting out that square I would deffinitly use that cutting wheel on the dremel.

A hole saw would be best to use. Next time try doing a search on the forum and you will find a hundred posts about the same question. That way you wont have to wait for a answer.
