Suggestions...Best Headset with Mic?

What are you guys suggestions on a good headset (with mic) for gaming and music? I am currently using a playtronics set I got for around 30 bucks (Can$), but want more quality.
I have a nice set of MBQuarts that I use for upstairs music, but I want the best of both worlds.

Any all all suggestions will be appreciated...Not going cheap, but don't want to spend over 150 (Can$) either.

Have you considered a seperate microphone and headphone setup?

I would go that route if the Quarts had inline volume control, but alas...they don't.
