How can I download streaming video?

Do you guys know of any programs which let you record streaming video and lets you use it like a normal file?

Fraps is shareware that will let you record video.

SDP is freeware that can download some streaming video.

Another way is to check web page source and search for the video url and send it to yourself as an email, that works sometimes.
