I have 2x Kingston PC2700 256MB sticks.. They are running at 2.6v 2.5-3-3-7 (i can't change the timings (when I do I have to clear my CMOS cos the comp wont boot).. Can I take the volts up to 2.7v safely? I have no heat spreaders or heatsinks on them.
Thanks for any replys.

Yes 2.7 would be quite safe for them.

Thanks. I've just swaped with my bro. He had PC3200 3-3-3-8 2.6v so now I got my CPU to 2.3gig!!! :D .. If any newbies read this... remember to get 400MHz + RAM for Barton chips :D Thanks again.
