Hercules drivers for video card

Which are the best ones??

I know that 12.90 are the best det. drivers so which ones are the best for my 3D Prophet 2 MX??

No reason why those wouldn't be the best for your card as well.

The Det. 3's go with all nVidia cards all the way back to the TNT models.

Has anyone tried an seen if their was a diffrence between the hercules drivers and the det. drivers?? Or are the drivers both basicaly the same??

Everytime I use the non herc drivers I get choppy game play.
I used DET 4 and all my games went to crap. I'm stayin with herc drivers.

I have a 3D Prophet 2 MX and I use the 20.81's and it works out fine. I modded the card to a Quadro 2 MXR/EX though.

Depends on your OS.

On 98SE, I use the latest hercules drivers, no probs, but on 2000Pro, I use the DetXP's, which are a serious improvement over the Hercules ones(but only if you have 2000 or XP)

Thanks for the info on the det 4 drivers and XP, I'll be gettin that as soon as its released....probably the home version
