hey guy, i think i might have a problem wit my case,
i just stripped it down and realized that it was originally created for 2 fans in the front, the problem is that when i put the panel the pwr button is right on top of the blowhole, and there is no blowhole on the panel for the 2nd fan, only for 1 of them.

what should i do?
sry if i dont sound as clear heres a pic

Personally id just move the switch or get a new switch and mount it elsewhere.

what would happen if i just put the fan under there without a blowhole?
would it do anything? i mean would it be of any use>?

Sure youd have a fan and some blades that spin but it wouldnt move any air if its pressed up against the case. The fan has to have airspace on the side that "pulls" the air in in which case you wouldnt be able to blow air into the case and obviously you wouldnt be able to blow it out because the case is in the way and theres no holes/slots/etc for it to vent.

Do you really need another fan in that slot? Case companies built different variations of the same case using the same skeleton structure but with different skin designs. It's cheaper. You just happened to get a skin design that didn't use two front side fans. If there is any amount of space between the fan and the front case cover then a fan will draw enough air from inside to circulate.

You could always cut some holes around the switch.
