Was surfing around today when I came across this interesting new venture.

It's apparently just been released, and claims to run any application without porting, on any hardware with no performance loss at all.

That means say, [as it discribes in the article] a linux version of Quake 3 running on a mac PowerBook, or say Doom 3 running on a mac or linux.

No performance loss at all? That's a pretty hefty claim.

In demonstrations to press and analysts, the company has shown a graphically demanding game -- a Linux version of Quake III -- running on an Apple PowerBook. ill believe it when i see video footage :D

That means 20% loss doesnt it? still i think i want to give it a try. i have a couple copys of soldier of fortune 2 in linux that i want to try out :D
