i have been to 2 scrap yards, neither of them had any radiators is it hard to get car radiators? most people crash and break their radiator
It's not their because they cost $$$. The junkyards rip them off and sell it to people who need them (dumb people who fill 100% water, no coolant). Good Luck on finding one, maybe you should look at older cars and see if you can find one.

Do you really want a full-sized radiator? That would be a huge ammount of fluid to move, requiring a fairly strong pump. Not to mention the number/size fans you'd need to have blowing across it....
I presonally went to Pep Boys and asked for 'the cheapest heater core' that they had, which turned out to be from a mid 70's Chevy pickup truck(20 bucks). Its a little too wide to fit into my case, but I'm working on that problem. I'm sure that you could fins a non-damaged heater core at a salvage yard for a low price.... they are basically mini radiators....

go to a scarp yard, find a mini, even in a head on crash the radiator is fine cos its mounted on the side of the engine. its also small, (ish) and would probably be ok for use in a PC watercooling system

If I make the tower/bong cooler will I need a radiator?

no, but you may want a de-humidifier for the room. The cooling tower takes the place of the radiator, both act as a heat exchanger, one in a closed system(radiator) and one in an open system(tower).
