looking to build a top of the line enclosure need a little help

Ok I've seen some one here on the forums make a ext box for there Lian-Li its nice matches his case real well well I want to make a nice aluminum case to put my w/c stuff in but I'm in need of help like for the frame for the box some one had 1 in this thread that looked like it was bought pre made or will I have to get all the pieces and make it my self. Then fot the top and side panels where can I get nice brush aluminium or sumthing close that would go well with a Lian-Li?
