Looking For Small Form Factor Power Supplies

I got a Biostar SFF a while ago with a 200w PSU. The 12 volt rail is like 11.6 and i dont like that. I cant seem to find a place that sells psus for SFF cases, I would prefer a 300w if possible. Do any of you know where to get some?

You may be able to volt mod the PSU if there is vsense rails on the power supply.
