Memory for P4PE running 3.0C

Newbie question... I would like to upgrade the cpu on my P4PE machine to a 3.0C. I see on the ASUS sight that I will need 3200 memory.

1. Does anyone have experience with running 800fsb cpus on P4PE? Any issues?
2. If the answer to one is yes, then what memory have you been successful with?
