when ever im trying to transfer my 30+gb of cd images from my 80Gb Maxtor ATA to my 160Gb Maxtor SATA my computer will go to the BSOD and it says
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
ive heard that this is cause by driver so i downloaded ne drivers for my SATA (im using a A7N8X Deluxe e mobo w/ Silicon Image 3112 Raid chip)
Can anyone help me with my problems b/c i cant figure out what it is

Assuming you're running XP...the 0x0000000A: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL BSOD can be caused by a hardware incompatibility. You may want to check the MS Hardware Compatibility List (HCL) for XP, and make sure all your hardware is listed...

well all my hardware should be compatitable because all i did was get my mobo replaced and if the A7N8X Deluxe e is not on that list it shouldnt be sold to customers

Was your old board replaced by a like or dissimilar make/model? If the board is a different make or model, did you perform a clean install of XP?
im in the process of doing that as we speak so hopefully it will work
well i did a clean install and its still giving my the BSODs im gonna try to flash the bios in my sata chip and see if that workes
