AVG Question

how can i set up the program so that when i start windows it makes resident sheild active cause i have to activate it every time i log on to windows and i even tried to set the control center to accept the resident shield that is activated as default?

Well if your settings seem to be in order, have you tried reinstalling the program? Perhaps some part has become corrupted.

Also run msconfig from the "run" box, (start -> run -> type "msconfig") - and make sure any AVG component isn't disabled in the Startup tab.

"Avgcc32" should be the name of the module in msconfig.
