Yes, there is a way.

You'll have to check one of the threads in Games for it. I had it but have since formatted my drive.

edit your shortcut to max payne and add the following options as seen in the attachment. then press f11 to turn fps on or off.

sorry i have no idea how to disable vsync and i'm not quite sure what vsync is to be honest. i forgot to mention that you can also take screenshots of max payne by pressing F10 if you add the following to your shorcut:

Since Max uses Direct3D you could also run FRAPS in the background to give you a constant frame-rate

ati i dunno but if nvidia then nvmax or powerstrip or rivatuner should do the job right

i think powerstrip can do for ati too

Exactly how do you lower the FRAPS to say... 30fps instead of 60fps>
