I'm building a home file server/domain controller soon (also folding 24/7), and it will have the following specs:
Athlon 1800 (Palomino)
Shuttle AK35GT Mobo (kt266 chipset)
512mb ram
Ati original radeon videocard
10/100 NIC
2 Hard drives to start, expanding to 4 or so.
SATA Controller (PCI)
4 80mm fans
Fan controller

No optical drive (except for install), no overclocking.

Since I won't be ocing and I'm running an older processor, will the 350w Fortron be sufficient for this or will it not put out enough power? I'm thinking the 530 if it isn't big enough, but it might be overkill.

Any other recommendations in the 400-450w range for $50+-$10, preferably from Newegg? Thanks.

I think that as long as you're running stock the 350w should hold out just fine. It's only an 1800+, you're not running a lot of voltage, and you don't have a high end video card either. Even with four HD's, I would think a 350w Fortron would handle the load just fine.
