The KryoTech -40°C Thermal Acceleration Cooling System employs highly reliable components from the “white goods” refrigeration industry. Clever design and elegant integration unlocks additional performance from the already powerful AMD Athlon™ microprocessor by cooling it to -40°C. At this temperature the Athlon processor is reliably accelerated 30 to 35 percent. The heat generated by the processor is completely removed from the computer chassis, reducing its internal temperature and enhancing overall system stability and reliability.....

I think this mother costs more then your cpu...
jeez -40 that's like eskimo weather....just somethin interesting for you to read...
You might also check out the Asustek Vapochill sinc it is basically the same thing. I would love to have a system like that but comperable speeds can be acchieved with a water cooled peltier setup for a lot less money. I'll still keep my eyes out for a Vapochill or a KryoTech case on ebay.
Bah, work for it ya wimps! :P
I got an old dorm frige out at the cabin, going to bring it over tomorrow and tear her apart , and try making myself a chilled rig.. yeah I know I only have a p3, but when I'm done I should be able to swap any other mobo that comes along in here as well :)
Very good artical on someone doing this in the cooling section, I'm going to follow that example as best as parts allow, but it should be pretty straight foward.

Yeah I think doing it yourself is half the fun. The other half is seeing how far you can get your system to go before it dies. If I had the time I would try converting a fridge into a self contained super cooled rig.

You mean its gonna die??, NAWW :)..
Yeah its gonna be a trip working this out, but there are plenty of articals on this so I'm no to worried, I'll do a lot of testing before I put my good board to risk though, wish I had a second pair of hands for this, but my Bro has his hands full already, wife got out of surgery a while ago, hope she's getting better this time.

Uh...fridge..into a cooling rig for your cpu?
Sorry guys, but I seem to have stumbled upon either a group of wackos, or a group of fanatics...
hehe, suddenly the urge to overclock anything that comes by way forces itself into my brain...give a sec, I'm gonna overclock my printer

Sounds like a deeper chill than a Vapochill case but I don't like the setup of it. At least it wouldn't turn over. It would be so bottem heavy that you would break your foot on it and it wouldn't even move if you were to stub your foot int the middle of the night.

Vapo cases are very swet but I can't see dropping $600 on a case. Maybe Vapochill will make me a spokesman for them **hint hint**

Shipping is free when you buy 3 or more. A cheaper way to do it is to just save all the holes from bagels untill you have enough to make the hole the size you want. :D
