In Hong Kong, there's only one major computer modding/cooling shop and recently, it seems to have recieved alot of stuff. The major ones being Vantec and Sunbeam that are recent additions, but there's also one watercooling companies that make exceedingly cheap watercooling products.

Here are two kits that seem really, really cheap. Keep in mind this is in Hong Kong dollars, which is pegged to the US dollar at US$1 to HK$7.80

A Single CPU block kit cosing $260, which comes to US$33.33:

A kit that includes a CPU, GPU and NB block for HK$480 which comes to US$61.54:

They're also selling cheap rads, though not as cheap as the kits:

Heatercore style single 120mm fan rad for HK$220 or US$28.21:

Heatercore style double 120mm fan rad for HK$270 or US$34.62:

lol, they never did have a good english site. They're a Chinese company a huge proportion of their customer base is chinese so...

Anyway, i might be going to that shop soon to check it out.

33$ huh.....

If I were you I would take 2 kits, put the pumps in series, drill out the blocks to 3/8 and scrap the rads and get a HC.

for 60$ US you got a cpu block gpu block and a decent 12v pump.

any pump specs?

No specifications to hear of, but i was a bit skeptical about it's ability to pump liquid through with so many blocks daisy chained together. I stand corrected, though the blocks may be low restriction, maybe european style blocks, optimized for low flow systems.

My dad's comp's been getting some heat problems and has been crashing out at around 60 odd degrees when the air con aint turned on, so i was thinking of getting a heatsink for him. Those watercooling kits aint far from the price of an air cooling kit and the first one for $33 is even cheaper than the Zalman AlCu i was planning to get for him.

Might drag one back to the house for some testing.
