can you help me with Gcombust?

hey there,

just wanted to try to use this prog with mandy 8.0. i tried to burn a few mp3's to cda. can you tell me what some of the normal settings should be?? i get scsi error messages sometimes but my burner is ide and i dont even have any scsi devices. also, i dont see where you can specify to close a cd after burning it. i tried popping it back in after i made a quick cd and the disc kept spinning in my dvd drive and my home stereo.
is there a better burning software that actually works and installs easily?
like under "cd record device options" what shoud i have selected?
i have as follows:

scsi bus 6
target 6
lun 0 is this correct??

any help with using this program is greatly apprecciated!!

Try fireburner or xcdroast

well xcdroast is a total pain in the ass to install especially for a newbie to linux. as far as fireburner, hmmmmmmmmm. the question for me seems to be will it be an rpm??? if not will the tar.gz file actually work if i issue the proper commands......or will it be missing files like lots of other apps!!!
