I just got memtest to work on a bootable CD (took me a while to figure out how to get it to work without a floppy) so I am in the process of trying to get the most outa my RAM. would it be better to opperate my RAM at a speed of 205 over 200 or have tighter timings. From what I hear tight timings give a big benifit on AMD's so I'm just thinking that would be better but I would just like an official word on that.

Well this may not be exactly what your lookin for but it's something that I was actually just workin on tinight after testing some Buffalo CH-5 2x256 sticks.
