View Full Version : Sandra and Win2k problem
I am having problems running Sandra in Win2k. My computer locks up at the start. ctrl, alt, del. doesn't Help. I have to do a hard restart. If anybody has a solution I really need it. Thanks

Bad install?
you tried removing sandra, reboot (just to be safe as you have problems) and reinstalling?
Simple but often effective solution.
also re-dwonload the file (as it could be a bad download)
Is windows upto-date? (use windows update)
Mine does the same thing on my main rig with an EPoX 8K7A+. Other 5 PCs in here have no problem with it but won't run on here. I have to use the old 2001 version, not the te version.
I've tried everything I know of and it just gives me an error that a device driver could not be loaded and the freezes. Reinstallation of the OS didn't even help so I just use the old version.
I've started leaning away from Sandra as of late as it's disk benchmark gives me totally wrong results.
I have downloaded it 3 or 4 different times. Uninstalled and Installed each time still the same thing. I am totally stuck and confused.
How do i find the old version? All I seem to be able to find is the te version.
