Hey all,
My Athlon 900, KT7A seems to be stable at 1000/133 but either wont post or load OS at 1050/100 or higher. All the temps and voltages look great. I did try to bump VCore a notch or 2.

I have a feeling it may be the Micron ram. I have 2 sticks, one doublesided @256 and a single sided 128 (slot2).

ctFSB shows they are almost identical and only rate Cas3 @ 133 but cas2 @ 100. I dont have any money left for new memory nor any other PC133 to try.

I did leave the bios set to Cas2.

Other than that I have a Vantec6035D, VooDoo3 3000AGP with a 2CoolTek fan and mem sinks. SB16PCI, 3Com905b, AOpen K7/P4 300W. Antec case with 92mm Sunon custom front mounted.

The database says this core (its only listing in the database) is rated at 1.3gig.

By the way, when w2kpro wont boot it says missing or corrupted NT Kernel (cant remember the file name, i'm at work and notes at home).

I been running Sandra and MBM. MBM says CPU is at 27idle and 29 full load running all night. Of course Via hardwaremon says its more like 41C and the bios reports somewhere in the middle.

I am thinking its memory?? Any help appreciated!!

By the way, the stepping on the core is:
ARGA
9

I know its not a good OC'er. Should I just get a 1.2? I was on a limited budget.

Thanx, Doug

Wega!

I am at 1.75 now but I tried using 1.77 up to 1.8.

I see your running 1.9. If your asking this then probably I should be trying to run at more Vcore??

Thanks and lemme know. By the time you read this I will have tried.
